<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Here are 5 easy steps to launch your campaign via Google Places.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Step 1</strong>  &#8211; Set up your Google Places business page (If you don’t have one already).  Assuming you have a business page, go to www.google.com/places and login.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Step 2</strong> – Once you&#8217;ve fully logged into your Google Places admin area, click on &#8216;Create Adwords Express Ad&#8217;.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Step 3</strong> – Then enter your ad details for Category, Headline and Description.  (Google will automatically match your chosen ‘Category’ with relevant keywords or search phrases).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Note:</strong> As you enter your ad details, it’s being automatically created on the right side of the screen. You’ll see the complete ad copy once you’ve finished filling in the ad form&#8230;..</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Step 4</strong> – Tick the box where you want to direct visitors who click your ad.  Select either your &#8216;Website, Place Page or Google+ Page&#8217;.  Then choose your budget for your ad.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Note:</strong> To maximise ROI (Return On Investment), choose carefully from step 4 above. It’s best to direct prospects to a web page that’s highly relevant to your advert.  This also means linking visitors to a page that converts well. By the way, you can track/monitor the performance of your linking web page, keywords and advertising campaigns using <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><a href="http://marketbusinessonline.com/how-to-install-google-analytics-to-boost-your-website/">Google Analytics</a></span> </strong>tracking tool.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">2. As soon as you get to the account setup page, select the Standard Edition and click on the ‘next’ button to continue.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3.  You must now select the appropriate language for your Google Adwords ppc target audience. And as a local business owner, also select options relating to your local territory or location.  Then click the ‘continue’ button.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">4. The next step is to produce your ad copy.  Make sure your ad title includes keywords relevant to your target market. And also ensure your ad description (not more than 25 characters long) is captivating to your audience to make them want to click your link and visit your site.  Then click ‘continue’ for the next step.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">5. You now have to enter your chosen keywords in the box provided.  Put in as many relevant keywords as possible relating to your target market. The more related keywords, the more ppc traffic you can potentially generate.  Any suggested keywords by Google during this process can also be selected, providing they are relevant to your campaign. Then click ‘continue’ once you’ve entered all your keywords.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">6. You now have to select the ideal currency to fund your Adwords campaign.  Set your daily financial budget.   This is how much you are prepared to pay on your ads each day and once your budget for a day reaches it’s maximum, your ads won’t be shown until the next day.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">7. Once you’ve entered your maximum daily budget amount, you now have to include your maximum Cost Per Click (CPC).  This is the maximum amount of money you want to spend every time an online visitor clicks on your ad.  When you’ve made your choice, then select  ‘continue’ to carry out the final instructions to complete and activate your Google Adwords ppc account.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>So, how can you lower your pay per click costs&#8230;.for your ads campaign?</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">You have to choose the most relevant keywords for your business.   The more relevant keywords you go for, the lower your advertising costs.  And you have to bid for your selected keywords with Google.  And once your bidding rate gets approved, your advert can then be placed on their website for exposure.  Just like the screen example below&#8230;.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The crucial thing here is to have a different advert for every relevant keyword. Take a look at the sample adverts below, again based on using the area “Romford” as an example.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Remember, the above are just typical examples of adverts.   And you can use the same principle to set up an ads campaign for your own local business.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The above example also shows that we are matching a keyword we are bidding on with an advert that matches that keyword.  By doing this, you are showing Google that you are relevant to what the person searching Google has looked for and they will reward you with lower pay per click rates.  Isn’t that great?</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Want to reduce your costs even more?</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Send people who click on one of your adverts to a web page on your site that is directly relevant to the advert.  For instance, assuming someone searches for &#8220;Personal Trainer” in the area “Romford&#8221;. And you happen to be a Personal Trainer in Romford, you might set up an ad that says:</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The key is to match up the chosen keyword with an advert consisting of that keyword.  And if you send people who click on that ad to a specific web page that contains that same keyword, you will dramatically reduce your pay per click rates.  Google will simply rank you higher in the ppc listings for being the most relevant.  And that means you can generate more customers and dominate your competition.</p>
